In December 2001, the Victorian Government of Australia launched the MultiService Express Portal to allow access to over 400 Government and related websites. MultiService Express was built on a static-page generating CMS that was one of the earliest Komodo developments.
MultiService Express was a highly accessible site (Priority A compliant) with full AGLS metadata implementation. MultiService Express was delivered to the Victorian Government using the SouthernSCOPE function point framework, a software metric for determining the size of a project and attaching financial and timeline dynamics.
MultiService Express was independently reviewed after delivery by Sage Consulting on behalf of the Victorian Government, receiving outstanding feedback on project outcomes, including on-time and on-budget delivery.
