Client Edge is an online survey tool for comparing a company's performance against client expectations. Initially the survey system is being used in design and creative industries, however it is expected to be extended to other service industries in the future.
The site is maintained using Komodo Standard Edition, with a custom module for conducting the survey, providing feedback and handling related email communications.
Early 2008, Client Edge decided to change company direction and reposition itself in the market, as a consequence the site was deactivated in April 2008.
